FOCPR President Ulrich Thienel is committed to the art of movie-making and devoted to telling unconventional stories that are rich in cultural content.

Ricardo Monge is our Vice President and a mixed media artist, working with the mediums he loves: painting, photography, printmaking, graphic design and video among others. Monge has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras and a Master’s Degree from Pratt Institute (MFA) in New York. Today Monge works in the field of Art Directing, Graphic Design and Fine Artist. He designed the logos for Isabela International Film Festival and Friends of Cinema Puerto Rico, while supporting the mission of promoting culture through the arts.

Techa is the CEO of IL2000, a global transportation consulting firm (3PL)., Before being named CEO Techa was the COO of IL2000, responsible for ensuring proper operational controls, people systems and processes are in place to effectively grow the organization to realize financial goals.

Techa Pacitto is passionate about creating an atmosphere of respect and creativity, enabling stunning performance of associates and teams. This passion also extends to the arts, performing arts in particular.

Techa earned a MA from Hawaii Pacific University in Organizational Behavior and Change. She has also completed a Vistage Executive Leadership program through Stanford University.
